Kiss has been one of my favourite bands since early childhood. It all started back when I got Destroyer at my third birthday in 1978. From that day, there was no point of return.
I’ve shot KISS a few times before (first time in 2010). Its always a short fun, but they deliver the few minutes you get to shoot them. Never been any kind of problem..Before now. I understand that they want to film their last tour in Europe. But the little time we had, we had two camera guys in our way the whole time. So those epic shots we COULD have gotten, was useless (see picture)
But it is what it is…I still managed to get a few shots from the pit, and I even took a few from the crowd with my litt gem of a camera (Sony RX100 VII). We had to store our pro gear in an office to see the rest of the show. But all in all, it was a fun evening with one of my all time favourites.
